Frequently asked questions

What is your returns policy?

Items must be returned to us unused with tags attached within 14 days of receipt.

 

Orders can be returned via Royal Mail, please note this is not a free service. Please use a recorded service for your returning order as it is your responsibility until we receive it. Once we have received the order refunds can take between 5 -10 working days to process.
Please contact us prior to sending your order via Royal Mail as our returns address may differ to our stall location.

Websites order can also be returned to our Stall in person with proof of purchase.

What shipping do you offer?

We offer a free collection service from our Stall located in High Chelmer Shopping Centre, Chelmsford. Please select this option from the dropdown box at checkout.

We can ship orders via Royal Mail at a Flat Rate £5.00 (Domestic)

 

We currently do not offer international shipping.
 

What if I like a bag but not the colour?

The majority of our bags come in varies colours or finishes. If you can’t see the colour you want on our website please contact us as we may have it on our stall.

Do you sell matching products?

Yes, a few of our bags have matching accessories. Our jewellery also have matching items eg. Bracelets, earrings and necklaces. Please contact us if your after anything in particular.
